The ChannelBuzz.ca Podcast is back, this time wrapping up some of the industry’s biggest events of the late fall and early winter period.
Off the top of the show, Ian Gallagher, general manager for collaboration at Cisco Canada, recaps the news out of the company’s annual Collaboration Summit, which saw the launch of Project Squared, and new products that will be particularly interesting in the Canadian market.
Then we’re joined by Alison Challman, vice president of marketing for the HP business group at Avnet Technology Solutions, to discuss HP’s recent Discover event in Barcelona. Challman gives us the rundown on HP’s biggest event since it declared its intentions to split its business in two.
And rounding out the show, we’re joined by Lisa Matherly, vice president of partner programs and marketing at Intel Security, from the company’s McAfee Focus event in Las Vegas. At the event, Intel Security rolled out a major revamp of its channel program, and Matherly walks us through what partners can expect.
