
Cylance has made their first partnership with an RMM vendor, integrating their two flagship products into ConnectWise Automate. They have plans to expand this ecosystem further.
ConnectWise stressed two main themes at their IT Nation Event in Orlando – the need to further empower MSPs, and the need for MSPs to develop their security capabilities. Those two themes were closely intertwined, as ConnectWise is rolling out multiple tools and programs to enhance both, with more to come.
CloudJumper announces that their Cloud Workspace Management Suite in now available on the Azure Marketplace. They also spotlighted their integration with Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop at the IT Nation Connect event, and created a new position of VP Strategic Alliances, where the management of the Microsoft relationship is a critical element.
Lexmark has unveiled three new Lexmark Cloud Services on a new purpose-built cloud platform, with more services to come. While one service, Lexmark Cloud Print Management, is direct, the other two are channel, provided free for partners to offer, and where they fully control the contracting with the customer.
Cohesity has doubled the amount of dollars allocated to their partner program, with new perks like rebates for sales to very large customers and formalized and expanded MDF. They have also established a model for service providers within the program, which provides mechanisms like consumption-based pricing suited to this business model.
