I caught up with Avaya Canada president and managing director Ross Pellizzari (with Movember look in full swing) at the company’s recent Avaya Evolutions event in Toronto.

In this video clip, Pellizzari addresses his top priorities for the first part of 2013, and where he’d like to see the company’s channel partners focused.
