Zilliant  introduces new Agentic AI agents with MCP Server that  integrates pricing intelligence into enterprise AI ecosystems

Pascal Yammine, Zilliant’s CEO

Zilliant, which focuses on pricing lifecycle management, has announced the introduction of Agentic AI capabilities and the pricing industry’s first Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server to make intelligent pricing accessible and affordable for organizations of any size. Zilliant’s new AI agents automate complex tasks and embed intelligence directly into existing workflows, which helps businesses move beyond spreadsheets, expensive outside consultants and guesswork to achieve immediate, measurable results.

The announcement was made at the company’s annual MindShare Europe 2025 conference. It deals with a seminal problem – that while economic volatility has amplified pricing anxiety across industries, the majority of organizations still rely on Excel spreadsheets for pricing decisions. This tends to be the result of a perception that sophisticated pricing solutions are too complex or costly to implement.

So what exactly is pricing lifecycle management?

“Pricing lifecycle management is the end-to-end command of your pricing,” stated Pascal Yammine, Zilliant’s CEO. “It’s not just about setting a price for a product or service; it’s about actively managing it through its entire lifecycle with intelligence.

“We believe pricing is at the heart of every business,” Yammine added.  “For sales teams, it’s the deal breaker. For marketing, it shapes perception and positioning. For finance, it drives the bottom line.  Pricing touches CRM, ERP, eCommerce and CPQ, among other systems, but they often just hold static data.  Zilliant allows businesses to proactively manage their pricing strategy and execution, optimize for outcomes, and make pricing a superpower.”

Pricing is something that Zillant has focused on throughout their history.

“Zilliant has been in the pricing game since 1999.” Yammine said. “So we’re not the new kids on the block. We haven’t pivoted – we’ve always been laser focused on pricing, but the way we do it has evolved. We started with the vision of using data and technology to solve the pricing problem. We’ve gone from pioneering price optimization to where we are today – leading the charge with Agentic AI and a new way of thinking about the pricing lifecycle.”

Zilliant’s new AI agents remove common barriers by automating complex pricing tasks and offering easy-to-follow guidance that anyone can use. They fit right into existing workflows, adding intelligence and automation step by step, so the move from manual work is smooth and delivers instant value.

“We’ve been using AI and ML to solve pricing problems since the beginning,” Yammine indicated. “In recent years, we’ve brought Generative AI to areas like Pricing Analytics to help customers get insights and answers to complex pricing questions, but the agents we’re announcing are a big step forward – and it’s more than just the agents themselves. Our MCP Server allows our customers to harness the investments they’ve already made in Zilliant as they introduce agentic workflows across their entire enterprise landscape.”

The new agents and MCP Server allow Zilliant’s customers to address today’s key pain points.

“Pricing anxiety has reached a tipping point,” Yammine said. “Economic uncertainty has made every pricing decision critical, yet most organizations are still managing this complexity with spreadsheets and gut instinct. AI has the power to change this—and every company, regardless of size or sophistication, should be able to harness that advantage. Our agents deliver enterprise-level pricing intelligence in a way that’s approachable and affordable, giving any organization the tools to make faster, more confident decisions that protect margins and unlock growth.

“It has been a journey, of course, to get to where we are today,” he noted. “Our story is deeply rooted in machine learning and deterministic AI. Up until the last few years, that’s really been what the world thought of when they heard “AI.”  Our pricing science delivers proven results – pricing that’s optimized, explainable, and aligned to business strategy. New advancements in AI have given us even more tools to help our customers supercharge their pricing lifecycle.

“Gen AI and LLMs really opened up a new world of possibilities,” Yammine added. ‘What if you could ask questions of your pricing data, in natural language?  Our Gen AI Pricing Analytics is like a data scientist in your back pocket.  And our agents take that even further, built for action, not just analysis.”

Zilliant uses three types of agents to take on the biggest pricing issues,” Yammine stated. “Our agents are independent from each other. Customers can adopt those that are suited for their business and specific processes.

“Our Approvals Agent proactively guides pricers and makes changes that align with their business strategy, removing bottlenecks that slow down everyday pricing decisions and giving organizations the confidence to move quickly.

The Sales Agreement Agent ensures that upstream pricing or cost changes are evaluated and reflected in customer agreements, acting as a guardian for your margins.

And the Insights Agent proactively surfaces the critical margin and pricing insights you would have otherwise missed.

“We’ve seen our customers and partners transform how pricing work gets done with agentic AI, and our MCP server was built to extend the power of Zilliant into the flow of work, wherever it happens.” Yammine said.

Yammine emphasized that as of now, their handling of the MCP server is unique.

“We’re the first to do pricing with an MCP server,” he said. “The obstacle isn’t necessarily the technology; it’s rooted in the dramatic effect that agentic AI is having on where and how work gets done. Others have really focused on how these capabilities can help their customers *within the bounds of their own applications.* While this is extremely worthwhile, and we’ve invested in our own first-party agents, we recognize the paradigm shift that agentic AI is bringing to the entire landscape. You highlighted this in your own recent article on AI Agents that more than 68% of organizations will be using agents by 2026. As companies build agents that span all parts of their business & technology landscape, our MCP server brings Zilliant seamlessly into the flow of where work is being done.”

For Zillant’s channel partners, Yammine said this is all very big news.

“This is a massive opportunity for our partners,” he emphasized. “Our agents give them even more tools to help their clients achieve outstanding business results. By putting AI as the flywheel at the center of the pricing lifecycle, they can respond at market speed, make decisions more confidently, and protect margins without trading off growth.  By building on top of our MCP Server, partners can not only bring clients into the agentic era with custom-built agents but can productize their expertise and IP with domain-specific agents.

This is not routine,” Yammine concluded. “We have already heard about their excitement! This isn’t just another tool in the toolbox. It’s a new way of working that empowers businesses to have stronger pricing power.”

The new Agentic AI capabilities and MCP Server will be available to customers beginning in Q1 2026.
