Tendfor, a Swedish contact centre and console provider which was acquired a year ago by AnywhereNow, a Dutch Customer Experience [CX] SaaS solutions provider, is already getting significant traction in the US and Canadian markets, with  Fortune 500 US companies using Tendfor’s Microsoft Teams-native voice platform for enterprises.  The companies cite a growing demand for solutions that support hybrid work, data sovereignty, and instant collaboration, and call out the strengthening of their North American channel, with new  reseller and distribution partnerships both being signed to further its penetration into the US and Canadian markets.

Microsoft Teams Phone Extensibility for Dialogue Cloud, which was introduced earlier this year, enables the AnywhereNow Contact Centre platform to use Azure Communications Services with Teams telephony. This new integration between the two solutions will empower customers with advanced call automation, cognitive services and AI-driven insights.
