Sage Intacct introduces expanded AP automation capabilities, embedded payments, and intelligent close tools, to help high-performing finance teams move faster, operate more, work smarter and drive growth sustainability at scale.

Sage, which makes accounting, financial, HR and payroll technology for small and mid-sized businesses, has rolled out unveiled powerful new capabilities in Sage Intacct that help high-performing finance teams move faster, gain greater control, and lead with impact.

Sage Intacct R3 2025 beefs up its AI-powered Close, reconciliation, and answers. Sage Copilot continuously monitors subledger and General Ledger balances, automatically flags discrepancies, and provides drill-down views to resolve issues before they delay the close. This saves time and improves accuracy.

Sage Intacct is now available for new and early access customers in the US and UK.

Alsoi now available is Sage Copilot, which standardizes the month-end close with customizable task templates, checklists, and ownership tracking. Sage Copilot delivers real-time notifications to keep the close moving and reduce last minute surprises.

Copilot Search Help has been added, a context-aware, natural language help that provides users with fast answers to product-related questions, increasing solution knowledge and productivity. It is available in English for customers in US, UK, Canada, South Africa, and Australia.

Smarter AP and procurement automation is provided by Sage Vendor Payments powered by MineralTree. It delivers embedded payments to streamline AP workflows with flexible payment methods via ACH, cheque, or virtual card directly in Sage Intacct. Customers gain better cash flow visibility, reduce fraud risk, and eliminate manual steps from their payment process. It is available to customers in the US.

AI-powered Line-level Matching automatically matches invoice lines to purchase order lines, flags discrepancies, and accelerates approvals. This reduces manual AP reviews and errors. All of this is available to early access customers in all regions.

Sage Intacct eProcurement has been extended to all industries, with embedded vendor punchout for streamlined purchasing. Shop directly from vendor sites, automatically bring order data into Intacct, and apply negotiated pricing. Simplify procurement, improve accuracy, and strengthen spend control.
