Data integrity vendor Precisely, which provides accuracy, consistency, and context in data for 12,000 customers in more than 100 countries, including 95 of the Fortune 100, has announced an aggressive strategy to expand the Precisely Data Integrity Suite. The plan is to add a new generation of AI Agents and a context-aware Copilot, in order to bring autonomous, fully governed, data integrity to enterprises worldwide. Designed to operate across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments, these innovations will empower organizations to keep data accurate, consistent, and contextual by automating and optimizing data management processes without constant human intervention.
“As the Chief Product Officer at Precisely, the global leader in data integrity, we ensure organizations can trust their data to fuel AI, drive automation, and make timely, confident decisions,” said Chris Hall, Chief Product Officer at Precisely.
AI’s ability to deliver real outcomes depends on its connection to trusted data. As systems become more autonomous, they need open ecosystems where high-integrity data moves freely and securely. For example, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server enables seamless communication between AI models and external data sources. Our own MCP server connects Precisely’s location and data APIs to leading large language model (LLM) interfaces, making it dramatically easier for enterprises to build spatially aware, data-driven AI solutions. By bringing trusted data into any model or agent, we help AI reason, decide, and drive outcomes with the context and confidence that real-world environments demand, working continuously and intelligently in the background.
“AI can only achieve its promise when it operates on data that can be trusted, and when users remain firmly in control of how it’s applied,” Hall stated. “We are building AI agents and a Copilot to help our customers build an ecosystem of trusted data with less effort and expense. We are combining autonomy with guardrails, transparency, and flexibility to give customers the confidence to innovate faster, knowing their data integrity processes are working continuously and intelligently in the background.”
Agents for the Precisely Data Integrity Suite will proactively automate critical aspects of data integrity while aligning with each organization’s security, compliance, and operational priorities. They will act with autonomy – within the parameters controlled by the customer — ensuring every action is explainable and traceable. As more agents are introduced, orchestration and seamless interaction across their capabilities will further amplify their impact, enabling the delivery of trusted data at scale and unlocking new opportunities for faster, more confident decision-making.
“With initiatives such as GenAI and advanced analytics at top of mind for organizations, it is absolutely critical to have confidence in the underlying data,” said Hall. “I’m proud of our extensive track record providing customers with accurate, consistent, and contextual data for driving successful and trustworthy outcomes. I look forward to working closely with our world-class product team and accelerating our innovative software, data, and data strategy offerings to market.”
In addition to AI Agents and Copilot, Precisely has unveiled an additional two new solutions.
Dynamic Neighborhoods is a new data product that combines rich demographic data with audience insights – enabling organizations to tailor engagement strategies to the real-world interests and preferences of their desired audiences within a given geographic region. This easy-to-use, plug-and-play solution is available through multiple delivery options – including the Data Graph API, as a flat file, or via a subscription-based dashboard.
“Dynamic Neighborhoods enables our customers to improve decision-making with a complete view of real-world patterns,” said Dan Adams, Executive Vice President and General Manager – Data Enrichment at Precisely. “This helps businesses position the right products and services in the right places at the right times – improving engagement, satisfaction, and profitability.”
The second solution, Signal Engine is a cloud-deployed software solution that combines location-rich insights from Precisely with an organization’s first-party data, unlocking real-time intelligence while running entirely within the customer’s cloud environment. The solution is ideal for business uses such as attribution and footfall analytics, audience segmentation and activation, and real-world behavior modelling across a wide variety of industries.
“Signal Engine makes it simpler for teams across the organization – from analysts to executives – to apply location intelligence directly within their existing workflows,” continued Adams. “By delivering outputs in a ready-to-use format that integrates seamlessly into existing pipelines, Signal Engine empowers marketers, data teams, and product leaders to turn customer insights into measurable business results – whether that’s for segmentation, campaign measurement, or product analytics.”
With these launches, Precisely continues to extend its ecosystem of trusted data enrichment and location intelligence solutions. Both Dynamic Neighborhoods and Signal Engine are designed to integrate seamlessly with Precisely’s broader portfolio of data integrity software and data products – making it easier than ever for organizations to connect, enrich, and activate data for critical business decisions.
