Security vendor SonicWall has announced the return of their Elevate regional partner events, which will relaunch in September. After very successful global partner events in North America, EMEA and APJ last year that required the company’s valued partners to travel, this year, SonicWall is hitting the road and going directly to their partners in 25 cities globally. None of them are in Canada, however. Elevate On The Road does not have a stop in Canada this year. Instead, they are attending various industry events with partners and distributors in Canada.
The Elevate shows are in-person events that bring together SonicWall executives, product experts, and channel partners to explore the company’s latest cybersecurity innovations, build stronger business relationships, and unlock new revenue opportunities. They will offer local partners the opportunity to engage with SonicWall experts, gain valuable insights, and connect with peers – right in their own backyard.
SonicWall just announced the expansion of its cybersecurity solutions with refreshed Next-Generation firewalls, Unified Management and Integrated ZTNA to solidify Its position as the MSP and MSSP platform of choice. They certainly intend to double-click into the latest news at the events and cover additional enhancements. At these events, SonicWall stated their intent to familiarize partners with the transformation of SonicWall from a firewall vendor to an MSP/MSSP growth platform. They said that their partner-first DNA ensures we provide solutions designed with partner success in mind, and they plan to focus on how SonicWall’s portfolio can support and match their partners’ growth.
In particular, SonicWall will cover how they help MSPs elevate their security stack, protect against modern threats, and differentiate services, drive efficiency, automation, and intelligent growth, and create repeatable, profitable growth models.
“Elevate 2025 is where vision meets action,” said Jason Carter, Chief Revenue Officer at SonicWall. “And this year, we’re meeting our partners where they are bringing insights, innovation, and collaboration directly to their doorstep. Our partners are essential to everything we do and Elevate is a celebration of their role in shaping the future of cybersecurity.
“Elevate is more than a conference for our partners,” Carter continued. “It’s a dynamic forum designed to empower partners and MSPs/MSSPs with practical strategies, and they will get a firsthand look at SonicWall’s latest innovations, including the newest generation of next-gen firewalls and the fully integrated SonicWall Platform.”
SonicWall is highlighting the Managed Protection Service Suite (MPSS), which streamlines security operations while creating opportunities for recurring revenue. MPSS is being focused on because it has become a cornerstone of SonicWall’s managed security strategy for partners. While not brand-new, it now includes enhanced services and deeper integration with the company’s unified platform, making it highly relevant for MSPs and MSSPs. The emphasis reflects the company’s broader goal to enable partners with recurring revenue opportunities and deliver complete solutions beyond just hardware.
Partners will get the opportunity to explore cybersecurity solutions specifically built for MSPs, as well as the powerful Cloud Secure Edge (CSE) solution that enables secure, seamless cloud migration. Rounding out the lineup is SonicWall’s industry-first cyber warranty – a unique offering that helps partners differentiate themselves and gain a competitive edge.
The cyber warranty has been significantly expanded. Previously, it was available only through select offerings. Now it is embedded as part of MPSS, covering up to $200,000 per firewall at no added cost for partners. Historically, warranties and related insurance could cost thousands annually, so this inclusion provides immediate value and reassurance to partners without adding financial burden.
To this end, and to help new partners jumpstart their journey with SonicWall, Elevate 2025 will feature a limited-time exclusive offer. Net-new partners who join the SecureFirst Partner Program during the event, schedule an onboarding meeting, and complete the onboarding process will receive: a free TZ80 firewall; and three months of MPSS, including a Cloud Secure Edge (CSE) license, delivered directly to their address. This exclusive package is designed to accelerate value for new partners and showcase the benefits of SonicWall’s flexible, service-oriented security solutions.
SonicWall is also emphasizing how they have moved beyond hardware. Threats have grown more sophisticated, with ransomware, supply chain attacks, and targeted exploits hitting all segments, including SMBs. At the same time, competition has intensified with cloud-native and service-first players changing expectations. The company’s strategy is to move beyond hardware-centric offerings toward a unified cybersecurity platform with flexible services, zero trust access, and strong partner enablement to stay ahead of these shifts.
Hardware remains critical, but we now view SonicWall as a security platform company delivering integrated solutions across hardware, software, and services. Unified cloud management, ZTNA, and co-managed services are central to our growth.
