It’s exciting times for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and its partners, and distributors like Avnet are adding to that.
I recently stopped by Avnet’s Phoenix, Arizona-area headquarters, where I sat down with Greg Peterson, who leads Avnet’s HPE business in the Americas, and Ty Tobin, supplier business executive for Avnet’s HPE business, to discuss how things are going.
In the video, we get their thoughts on top opportunities in the channel for HPE partners, and what Avnet is doing to help solution providers realize those opportunities. They also provide an update on the distributor’s performance in Canada with HPE, and offer some thoughts on why the recent HPE Discover event is so important to Avnet and the channel alike. (Please note: this video was recorded before Discover. And as we now know, Avnet did have some interesting things happening at the event, particularly around HPE’s Synergy composable infrastructure offering.)
