ESET has been investing significantly over the last two years in building up their Canadian presence. Their first distribution deal reflects that growth, and now will let them broaden their channel reach.
ESET has been building out its presence in the MSP space over the last several years, including an integration with Tigerpaw a year ago. Many Tigerpaw users were not aware of this however, until talking with ESET at last week’s Tigerpaw event.
ESET has added ESET Remote Administrator Virtual Machine for Microsoft Azure into their endpoint licenses, adding a degree of flexibility that will be increasingly necessary to cope with threats to the typically poorly protected Internet of Things.
These are ESET’s flagship consumer products, but they are also sold by the channel, typically as an add-on in a commercial sale. They also preview the new features coming in the next commercial refresh.
