Burlington MA-based NetBrain Technologies, which makes a no-code automation platform for hybrid network observeability, has introduced its new ACE+ partner program. The new ACE+ program gives partners everything they need to run automated network assessments for customers quickly and easily, and combines cloud-hosted deployment flexibility with strong license scalability, including free enterprise support, training, and access to NetBrain’s full-powered automation and AI platform with flexible deployment models. Backed by no-code automation and GenAI for enhanced reporting and insights, the ACE+ program is designed to unlock new revenue streams and accelerate partner growth.
The ACE+ partner program [ACE meaning Assessment Consultant Edition] comes with both cloud and partner-hosted licensing options. The ACE+ All-in-One (Desktop) program lets a partner run assessments supporting up to 1,000 nodes directly from a laptop, with no internet required. NetBrain says that it is perfect for large onsite demos and assessments. ACE+ is an unlimited, full-function, cloud-hosted version of NetBrain’s Next-Gen platform. Partners must register assessments with NetBrain as customer demos to access the program. There are no other restrictions on how partners can use assessments and no charge for any part of the program.
The cloud hosted version is the ACE+ Cloud (Partner-Hosted). It is designed for the largest global enterprises. Partners run the software on their own AWS or Azure cloud instances with truly unlimited scale. NetBrain provides the license and support, and then the partners control the environment.
The overall theme of the NetBrain LIVE 2025 event indicated its big themes, and what they mean for channel partners.
The NetBrain leadership team dropped some major insights about NetBrain LIVE 2025 in Boston, which took place from September 23 to September 25. Ryan Couch, who is both CMO and head of Worldwide Channel, sat down with CEO LP Gao, CTO Song Pang, and CRO Bo Thurmond to dive into what’s driving this year’s user conference theme: Preventive Automation Accelerated by Agentic AI. Preventive Automation Accelerated by Agentic AI even goes beyond this year’s theme.

Two months ago, Blackstone Growth, part of the world’s largest private equity firm, made a majority investment in NetBrain Technologies Inc. at a $750M valuation.

Fast creation of comprehensive network assessments turns partners into a more valuable resource for their customers in several ways. First, they show the real-world conditions and configurations of a network for analysis, planning and demos. Second, they can drive sales by revealing unknown problems and demonstrating the benefits of NetBrain’s platform. Finally, partners can build services on top of them.

Benefits of automated network assessments include identifying hardware refresh opportunities, finding security vulnerabilities or “ticking time bomb” misconfigurations with potential to cause network outages, and getting access to hundreds of pre-built automations that check for common issues like BGP stability, OSPF, Access Control Lists and Zero Trust violations through NetBrain’s Golden Assessment Library. Customers rarely have the time or expertise to conduct detailed assessments on their own, especially on large multi-vendor networks. Automated assessments are an incredible time-saver for large enterprises. One NetBrain customer spent 500 hours checking 6,000 devices manually after they failed a compliance check. An automated NetBrain assessment completed the task in 20 minutes.
Presidio and Technologent have standardized on using NetBrain for all their network assessments, and offer services powered by NetBrain’s assessments. NetBrain created ACE+ in response to strong partner interest in running network assessments in the presales process, for demos and documentation, and in analysis/planning exercises.
