PSA vendor Tigerpaw announced major upgrades to their software at their annual user event in Omaha.
Tigerpaw saw a strong response from partners at their annual conference, when the ability was announced for existing partners to switch from a license-based model with extra charges for tools and modules to a subscription -based model with everything included.
Significant enhancements to Tigerpaw’s software in Version 16.1 will also require some major upgrades to content.
Too many of Tigerpaw’s partners are not using Tigerpaw’s available tools, to improve customer service. As a result, Tigerpaw has intensified both its own education efforts and its encouragement of partners to switch to their Tigerpaw One complete suite of business automation tools.
Tigerpaw is moving from a system of perpetual concurrent user licenses on a module by module basis to one low-priced SaaS option with everything included. While customers who have already invested in the licenses are not being forced to switch to SaaS, Tigerpaw will be offering them incents to do so.
AVG, which through Level Platforms has a long and strong relationship with Tigerpaw, has completed the first RMM integration to Tigerpaw’s new Web-based API. More Tigerpaw integrations, many of them net-new, are on the way.
