Dell pledges that the changes made to internal sales and its relationship to the channel will continue, because they have invested so much in it that major change would be foolish.
At their Canadian partner event on Wednesday, Dell stressed their emphasis on driving more channel marketing activities, sour economy notwithstanding, and emphasized their building of the Future-Ready Enterprise brand with partners.

NexGen also announced the finalization of its Canadian distribution, which should help improve a Canadian channel which is not yet as strong as they would like.
SAP pledges a rethinking of customer engagement with new three SAP hybris offerings, but at this point they are still a futures offering, being announced later this year and early next.
The big change is the addition of an integrated remote control solution, which will be free to MSP partners, but the new version also improves the integrated backup and disaster recovery, adds a device manager to Mac support, and upgrades its integrated antivirus technology.
