2012 was a big year for Avaya in the Canadian market, highlighted by the release of a new version of IPOffice that scales up to 1,000-seat opportunities, and the company’s purchase of Radvision, giving it a new platform on the video side of the unified communications market. The company also introduced new channel leadership team members, made some changes to how it supports resellers, and provided some new resources to partners.
