Sophos supplements their Intercept X Advanced deep learning offering with EDR investigation and response capability, designed to save larger companies with SOCs time with EDR that is relatively easy to use, while giving partners downmarket access to the technology, particularly through MSPs. The changes, which will see partners who sell through the cloud Exchanges receive back-end rebates and program credit for the first time, are part of a new initiative that establishes a new Sophos Cloud Security Provider cert in the company’s partner program.
Sophos also launched a new Hot Line to provide competitive intelligence, made changes to their post-sales technical skills certification and should have a new Cloud Security Provider program by the fall.
