Just in time for AWS Re:Invent next week, Druva CloudRanger, the AWS-focused component within the Druva data protection portfolio, has unveiled new enhancements, which they will be displaying at the event.
A new collaboration between Druva and AWS combines data protection and cloud migration abilities in these devices, which back up and restore directly to them, and allow easy petabyte-scale workload transfer to the cloud.
Druva bought CloudRanger to respond to customer requests to be able to better handle cloud workloads on AWS, and executed the integration quickly because both companies were cloud-native with identical vertical stacks.
Druva is mainly focused on the enterprise space, and its new MSP channel will give them a stronger presence downmarket. They are especially looking to recruit new MSPs who have no data centre.
