The new version of HPE’s StoreOnce hybrid backup appliance remakes pretty much everything, from new hardware, to a new software stack and GUI, to significant changes to the go-to-market.
The new offering is much stronger than what Kaseya had before for Office 365 Backup, and is something that Kaseya partners should be able to sell to their own customers at a good margin,
GMS Live Expert will provide Kaseya’s MSPs access to their help desk services, in a deal that covers Kaseya’s main VSA platform, as well as their BMS PSA offering and NOC operations.
Project Helios, which is expected to be generally available sometime next year, will initially complement Kaseya’s core VSA solution, but is likely to be preferred by net-new customers and in the long run could well become Kaseya’s flagship solution.
