RapidFire Tools has refocused and rebranded their Detector software appliance to better leverage its strengths for MSPs, which involve their being able to use it as the foundation of a higher-margin security practice.
The RapidFire agentless tool is designed to help Datto resellers prospect, by providing a detailed assessment of a prospect’s environment, and recommending the appropriate Datto solutions. Datto will give it away free to their channel.
Much of the new technology SonicWALL is previewing on their roadmap at PEAK16 is under media embargo. One element that is not though, is a major one. SonicWALL is announcing a technology preview of its Cloud GMS, which is scheduled for availability in Q4.
A new dashboard provides a macro-level view that did not exist before, and a new Executive Summary report generator provides customers with brandable and customizable snapshots which demonstrate the MSP’s value.
