Netsurion thinks a good part of the SMB and SME market is ripe for EDR security protection, and that their offering, designed for SMBs, will make their MSP partners managed security experts in the eyes of their customers.
BranchSDO becomes Netsurion’s new flagship product, although the company emphasizes that it won’t lose focus on its managed firewall business and larger customers.
EventTracker has moved in a period of less than two years from mainly direct to channel-focused, and has been building out their MSP channel. Their new integration with ConnectWise Manage is their first of its kind, although other PSA and RMM integrations are likely to follow.
Netsurion is looking to an integrated solution set of SD-WAN with SIEM and firewall security to significantly expand their TAM into new verticals, and is seeking to significantly expand their partner base to strengthen them in these new markets.
SIEM-at-the-Edge, which combines SIEM and managed detection and response, and Breach Detection Service, which is just the SIEM, are seen as ideal channel offerings as Netsurion looks to build up its partner ecosystem.
