Masergy has been expanding its efforts with IT-based partners as well as traditional telco ones over the last year, and new CEO James Parker wants to intensify both, while also getting a higher percentage of partners to be very highly engaged.
William Madison, the new global channel chief at Masergy, credits the company’s analytics-based remodelling of their partner program as a major key to their success in the last year.
The new offering complements Masergy’s established Unified Communication as a Service solution, and may also prompt some customers using that solution to switch to this one.
