Zoho, which has expanded its CRM application into a suite of over 40 applications that sells for $30 per user per month, is proud of some elements of their business and product set that they acknowledge are somewhat offbeat.
Other enhancements include a new unified dashboard and unified search feature for all 40 applications in Zoho One, as well as the 40th app – Backstage – an event management solution that is also sold separately.
Zoho CRM also enhances its Zia conversational AI for sales teams, with a voice capability, as well as other improvements its predictive AI and lead enrichment.
