The new version of Ivanti Automation [acquired last year from RES] is the first that is fully integrated with the other Ivanti solutions, while Ivanti Unified Endpoint Manager, brings together the old Landesk Endpoint Manager and the Ivanti Environment Manager Policy, a former AppSense product.
Ivanti also completes the integration of their partner program, adding partners from the Shavlik and RES Software programs into the mix, and brings additional resources on board to work with partners.
The RES brand will disappear, and its technology will be folded into the Ivanti service management and digital workspace businesses.
