Rick Reid: The exit interview [Podcast]

Last year, Rick Reid announced he would step down as president of Tech Data Canada, and Ed Galasso took over as the company’s leader in this country. Reid stayed on for almost a year, to help oversee the integration of Avnet Technology Solutions into Tech Data.

But now, that year is up, and it’s time for the venerable executive to take his leave. But before he left, he joined us on the podcast for one last time for a wide-ranging chat that includes:

how he thought about his new job when he moved into distribution in the 1990s;
